Please keep your proof of purchase (invoice/order) within 1 year from the date of invoice/shipping . You will need to provide proof for subsequent returns, exchanges, and repairs to protect your rights.
To ensure customer rights, please contact our LINE customer service before sending the product for repair, provide the purchaser's name, phone number, purchase platform, and proof of purchase, and check and confirm the product warranty information.
If you need repairs, please contact LINE customer service and describe the product problem in detail. The date the repaired product is received will be used as the basis for determining whether the product is within the warranty period.
Please include the following information when sending repaired products:
1. Causes of product abnormality
2. Name, phone number, and address of the recipient to whom the item should be returned after repair
(Consumers send the products to the original manufacturer by themselves)
・Under warranty
1. Free repair and inspection will be provided for non-human damage, and free return will be provided after the repair is completed.
2. Human-caused damage will incur a fee, and the specific fee will be quoted after evaluation.
・Out of warranty
1. Testing service fee: NT$300 per test. (Applicable in Taiwan).
2. Replacement of parts/repairs will be quoted separately. After the repair is completed, the return shipping fee is NT$100/trip (applicable to Taiwan).

Special attention:
1. If the product tests normal or the user decides not to repair it, the testing service fee will still be charged outside the warranty period.
2. For products under warranty, LUFTQI will repair or replace them with good products depending on the damage. The warranty will still be calculated based on the original product.
If a product is discontinued, LUFTQI may, at its sole discretion, replace it with an equivalent product or refund an amount less than the purchase price or the current equivalent value of the product.
3. The warranty period for the same problem and parts after repair is 3 months.
7-day grace period (including holidays): According to the Consumer Protection Act, if you shop online , consumers have a 7-day grace period . If you are not satisfied with the product, you can apply for a return. However, the grace period is not the same as the trial period . The product must be brand new and unopened and fully packaged (including the product body, accessories, instructions, packaging box, etc.) without missing or damage before you can return it. ・If the product arrives more than seven days (including holidays), we will not be able to process returns.
【Refund process】 :
・Purchase channel, order number, invoice , etc. and reason for return are required. ・Refund takes about 14 to 21 working days and will be returned to the original payment account.
